$13/hour base pay—Sales Reps typically average around $22/hour!

Essential Functions
Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
Offer tailored recommendations based on guest interests and schedules.
Utilize professional sales techniques: pitching, prospecting, objection handling, cross‑selling, upselling, and closing.
Present tour and attraction pricing clearly and accurately.
Process vouchers and e‑tickets carefully.
Communicate with dispatch regarding guest volume or any issues at your location.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
Strong sales skills with a track record of success.
Excellent math skills and comfort handling money, credit cards, and receipts.
Strong active‑listening skills and professional communication.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Other Requirements
Successful completion of a background check and substance‑abuse screening.
A genuine passion for helping people and making their San Antonio visit exceptional.
