CAPEX and IT budget management
Disaster recovery strategy development
Cybersecurity oversight
Documentation and controls
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of IT leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience optimizing ERP platforms and enterprise systems
Proven background building and leading high-performing IT teams
