Position Summary
The Director of Information Technology will lead enterprise-wide IT strategy and a major Microsoft Dynamics ERP transformation. This role will own the modernization of legacy systems, oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (Dynamics 365 F&O), and define the long-term IT roadmap aligned with business and manufacturing objectives. This position requires senior-level ERP leadership, strong manufacturing systems experience, and the ability to partner closely with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (Dynamics 365 F&O) Own ERP strategy, implementation governance, vendor management, and delivery execution Partner with implementation firms and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment across multiple manufacturing facilities Ensure ERP capabilities support finance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations at scale IT Strategy and Modernization
Develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap focused on modernizing legacy systems and infrastructure Align enterprise systems with operational, financial, and reporting requirements Establish IT standards, governance, and best practices to support future growth Team and Vendor Leadership
Lead and develop the internal IT organization, including systems administrators, analysts, and project resources Manage external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners Evaluate current IT capabilities and design the future-state organization Executive Partnership and Communication
Serve as a trusted technology advisor to executive leadership Translate technical decisions into clear business impact for senior leaders and investors Provide regular updates on ERP progress, risks, and outcomes Required Qualifications
Direct experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (Dynamics 365 F&O) implementations Experience supporting manufacturing environments, ideally across multiple sites Proven success leading large-scale ERP and enterprise system transformations Strong executive communication skills with the ability to align technology strategy to business outcomes Preferred Qualifications
Experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods Background in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution Location and Travel
Oak Brook, IL Occasional travel required to manufacturing facilities in California and Illinois, as well as periodic in-person meetings
