Onsite – Salt Lake City, UT Compensation:
$50,000 base + uncapped commission

The Opportunity We are seeking a driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help grow our client base by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on
outbound prospecting and appointment setting , introducing our services to business leaders, and scheduling meetings for our senior sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into or grow their career in B2B sales, with clear advancement opportunities into Account Executive and leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and connect with key decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, and business owners
Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and identifying potential fit
Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales leaders
Maintain accurate records of outreach, activity, and pipeline in CRM
Collaborate with leadership to support pipeline growth and revenue goals
Participate in ongoing training to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
Coachable, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves
B2B sales, SDR, inside sales, or appointment setting experience
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound prospecting tools

Consistently meeting or exceeding outreach and meeting-setting goals
Building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Developing strong communication and business development skills
Contributing to overall team revenue growth
