Job Description:
We are seeking an outside sales representative to drive sales for our calibration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and knowledge of the calibration industry. The primary responsibility will be to identify new accounts for calibration services and build strong relationships with customers. Candidate will be required to meet sales targets. Travel to California when necessary.
Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate leads through various channels like cold calls, networking, and market research.
Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients\' needs
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and satisfaction
Create tailored sales proposals and quotes
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate service understanding and expectations
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Provide regular sales updates and forecasts
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required, AA or bachelor’s degree preferred
3 years of calibration industry experience
Knowledge of ISO 17025, 9001 and calibration principles
Knowledge of medical equipment preventive maintenance
Initiative-taking with excellent time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM
Frequent Travel required
