Job Description:
MPI Labels is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Service Representative (ASR) to support our customer service team at our Alliance, Ohio, manufacturing facility. The ASR will serve as the primary inside contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the inside point of contact for assigned customer accounts Process customer orders by entering sales orders and production jobs Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time Maintain strong, direct communication between management, customers, sales, and production Provide timely responses to customer inquiries across various channels Ensure a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude is displayed in every customer interaction Update and maintain customer-related documents in Google Sheets / Docs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
Requirements
Experience in manufacturing and customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience in the printing or packaging industry is a plus, but not required Full-time position: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
