Counter Sales Representative Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm.

Pay: starting at $21 per hour or higher depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs.

Processing orders via order management system.

Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures.

Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up.

Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised.

Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas.

Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing products is preferred.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Valid state issued license is required.

Bilingual is a plus.

General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.

Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

General math skills to allow for cash accounting.

An ability to learn is a must have!

Excellent decision making and communication skills.

Pre-employment drug and background screening required

Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.77

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
