The Ideal Sales Associate Candidate Will
have high energy and a positive attitude have excellent interpersonal skills be a self-starter have a strong work ethic have strong decision-making and leadership skills be sales-driven have previous experience working in a retail or service environment be able to lift 50 pounds be able to work variable hours/shifts have a valid driver's license
Horticulture knowledge or landscape experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Previous management, sales and landscape design experience are a definite plus for full time positions.
Full time positions include competitive pay and benefits package. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance; a 401k plan, employee discount and paid time off.
