Hourly Rate:
$11.00 to $14.00 per hour.
Commission:
Earn up to 8% (approx. $2.67 per hour) on transactions.

Position Summary We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time Sales Associates / Pawnbrokers to work in our pawn store locations nationwide. The role partners with all store staff to deliver customer service on loan and retail sides of the business, processing sales, loans, and transactions.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage all customers, building rapport and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
Perform non‑management opening/closing procedures.
Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and properly display merchandise.
Execute sales and loan transactions following company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
Answer incoming calls per company standards.
Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers, showing respect.
Collaborate with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
Complete all required training.
Perform any related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work for extended periods and perform tasks requiring standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Willingly work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
May assist customers outside the store, in parking lots, or retrieve items from exterior storage.
Minimum age 18.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong desire to serve customers and be team-oriented.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in basic math calculations.
Preferred: cash handling experience.
Ability to work multiple locations as business needs dictate.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
Commission Plan Information The commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers may earn 2–8% commission based on gross profit of personal performance. Detailed information will be provided during the interview.
