We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our external communications content and brand review process. In this highly collaborative and reactive role, you will partner with subject matter experts to review external-facing content, including presentations, articles, advertisements, and other published collateral, to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, legal requirements, enterprise messaging, and reputation management standards.

What You Will Do

Review external presentations and materials for compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards, enterprise messaging, and reputation management protocol.

Partner with RGA Legal and Compliance resources to regularly update policies to reflect evolving standards and regulatory requirements; support adherence to brand and communications guidelines.

Promote consistency and quality across all external channels, including digital, print, and live events.

Prepare monthly reports; identify and help resolve non‑compliance issues proactively.

Collaborate with marketing and communications, legal, finance, and business teams to resolve compliance issues and facilitate alignment on messaging and standards.

Develop and maintain a centralized database or digital platform to store, track, and log external presentations and related content. Maintain documentation of all reviews, audits, and guideline updates.

Educate and train employees on brand and communications compliance standards and procedures.

Respond to requests from global teams, often outside normal business hours, and manage fluctuating workloads with agility.

Support crisis communications and urgent reviews as needed.

Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes; recommend improvements to compliance processes and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Communications, Marketing, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent experience required.

JD or other advanced degree preferred.

5+ years experience in communications, brand governance, compliance, or related roles required.

Experience with global teams and cross‑cultural communications preferred.

Deep understanding of brand management, legal compliance, and enterprise messaging required.

Exceptional collaboration, interpersonal, and training skills required.

Ability to manage reactive, fluctuating workloads and short deadlines required.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities required.

Compensation Range $107,060 – $159,390 annual base pay.

Base pay varies depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long‑term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
