Sales Support Order Entry

Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm

The Sales Support Order Entry role is responsible for handling inbound customer calls for order placement and providing order entry and administrative support. This position operates in a call‑center and customer support environment and does not involve outbound selling or independent sales activity. The primary focus is supporting customers through accurate order entry, system updates, and responsive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls from customers placing orders
Accurately enter orders into the order entry system
Validate and update customer information in P21 as needed
Confirm all orders in writing through the P21 system
Correspond with customers via phone and email
Communicate with manufacturers regarding obsolete parts and relay updates to customers
Source products and pricing for manufacturers not currently supplied by Radwell when required
Audit and update part number information within Radwell systems (Spectrum)
Attach marketing and product information to customer correspondence
Enter quotations and orders into sales order processing systems
Build new customer accounts in Radwell systems
Perform product and price maintenance in PriceTool, Spectrum, and related systems
Assist with database cleanup and ongoing system maintenance
Follow management direction and obtain approval for all pricing prior to quoting customers
Assist with inbound phone coverage by picking up customers on hold when needed
Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to understand the Radwell sales and order fulfillment cycle
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and work within Radwell systems
Knowledge & Skills Required
Strong computer proficiency
Proficiency using email and the internet
Ability to multi‑task
Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment
Attention to detail
Problem‑solving abilities
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in order entry, call‑center support, customer service, or sales support is helpful
Compensation & Bonus The recruiting base pay rate for this full‑time position is
$25.00 per hour .
Within the base pay range, individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Eligible for bonus program after successful completion of the introductory 90‑day period.

Employees must wear Radwear apparel once issued, along with Radwell ID badge and access card. All safety policies must be adhered to.
