RobotLAB Cincinnati is hiring a motivated, people-oriented sales professional to help local businesses solve staffing and operational challenges using robotics and AI. We are a veteran-owned local business looking for someone who is naturally comfortable talking with people, meeting new people, building relationships, and creating opportunities. Strong people skills are a must. What you’ll do Prospect through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits. Meet with local business owners, operators, and managers. Identify pain points and present robotics solutions. Assist with demos and presentations. Build pipeline and grow a local territory. Great fit for someone who is Outgoing and confident with people. Coachable and self-motivated. Interested in sales, robotics, AI, or business development. Willing to work hard and grow with a local business. More interested in upside and growth than a large guaranteed salary. Requirements Strong people and communication skills. Valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation. Local to the Greater Cincinnati area or able to work here regularly. Compensation Performance-driven compensation with an initial draw during ramp-up and uncapped commission upside.
