We are currently seeking a Sales Associate. This role will provide administrative support, information and reports to sales executive and/or sales team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities
Pulls weekly best-sellers in advance of meetings
Liaison on daily tasks involving Sales, Customer Service, Production and Design teams
Purchase order management – Write, process, log, update and track customer purchase orders from receipt to shipment
Generate, manage, update, maintain and distribute reports - Weekly style selling, daily sales, inventory, open to sell, customer order logs
Demonstrate initiative by reviewing reports, highlight findings and propose reorders
Maintain organization of system files- Line sheets, cads, costing, financial, time and action
Interface with customers – Meet & greet, attend meetings, correspond with client staff
Helps with showroom samples/model looks, etc. to provide support during market
Schedules bi-weekly production meetings for VAB team/design/production
Supports AE on accounts as needed
Compiles and communicates with accounts on sample requests
Inputs all info marketing form requests/PLM/ to order samples (collaborate with production/design/tech as needed)
Creates recaps to manage and track requests
Follows up with design and production to ensure all samples are received on a timely basis, correct sizing, etc.
Manages and tracks return of samples Post-shoot/ and sending & return of samples to & from accounts and marketing for meetings, turn-ins/shoots, etc.

Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Degree in business or merchandising a plus
2-3 year related experience preferred
Familiarity with Sales Department in a women's ready to wear manufacturer or retailer
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Must have strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and function independently, ability to take initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary Range: Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
