What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls & schedule service appointments
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and drive show rates
Provide a professional, high-level customer experience
Support service team with daily communication and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and motivated to earn
BDC Central or CDK experience is a plus (not required)
Pay & Benefits
Full-time position
Competitive base pay + commission (top performers earn $4-5K monthly)
