Overview
Job Summary: As a Sales & Cashier Associate, you'll be the face of our Wilmington store. This role combines customer-facing sales with point-of-sale responsibilities. You will welcome guests, assist them with purchases, promote merchandise and process transactions accurately. The ideal candidate has prior sales or retail experience, but we're willing to train a customer-focused individual eager to learn. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, answer questions and provide product recommendations Operate the cash register, process payments and issue receipts or refunds Cross-sell products, introduce promotions and meet or exceed sales goals Maintain tidy checkout and sales floor areas and replenish merchandise as needed Handle returns, exchanges and track transactions accurately Assist with inventory, prepare displays and keep merchandise organized Resolve customer concerns and contribute to a positive shopping experience Preferred Qualifications
Previous retail or sales experience (preferred but not required) Ability to manage cash transactions with accuracy Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent Compensation
Hourly wage: $14.00 per hour Commission and bonus opportunities based on sales performance Benefits
