Pay & Commission
$12.00 to $15.00 per hour. Earn up to 8% commission on transactions, averaging $3.66 per hour on top of base rate.

Position Summary We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides, processes sales, loans, and other transactions, assists with customer inquiries, and resolves problems. Associates work with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations) and more. The position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity and individual factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities
Greets and interacts with all customers to build rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise display.
Processes sales and loan transactions per company policies and regulations.
Handles all cash and negotiable items per policy.
Answers incoming calls per company standards.
Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, demonstrating respect and using effective communication tools.
Partners with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
Completes assigned training.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
May assist customers on building exterior or retrieve products stored in exterior areas.
Minimum age 18 years.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in basic math calculations.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Availability to work multiple locations as required.
Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
Computer literate, capable of operating POS systems and office machines.
