Parts Sales Representative

Southeast Utility Trailer, LLC is looking to add a talented counter-sales professional to support its parts department in Garner, NC. Our experienced team environment will offer the knowledge and skills necessary to help the right candidate thrive in this industry.

Responsibilities and duties: This position is one of the main points of contact regarding parts sales to our customers, the service department, vendors, and parts / trailer sales reps. Day-to-day duties include facilitating parts sales to customers (walk-in and call-in); handling parts for inside service sales; providing exceptional customer service; assisting with warehouse needs, estimates, special orders, deliveries, shipments & inventory; while assisting other departments as needed.

Requirements: Successful applicants for the full-time position must have a / an :

1+ years of heavy duty / semi-truck / trailer parts experience

high school diploma or equivalent

clear, active and valid driver’s license

ability to meet the physical demands of the job

working knowledge of Microsoft Office (dealer management system experience a plus)

strong organizational skills

positive, team-oriented attitude

professional appearance

ability to successfully work in a multi-tasked environment and maintain positive interpersonal relationships

strong dependable record (punctual, focused and acts with unyielding integrity)
