Seasonal Retail Associate

**Job Summary:** As a Retail Associate, you will provide exceptional guest service in our retail shop, helping visitors find the perfect souvenirs and outdoor essentials to enhance their experience at Zion Mountain Ranch. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and well-stocked retail environment, processing transactions accurately, and sharing your knowledge of the park and its offerings with guests. Your friendly, welcoming demeanor will contribute to an unforgettable guest experience. (Seasonal working dates: March 15th- November 1st) **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** Assist guests in selecting merchandise, such as apparel, gifts, souvenirs, and outdoor gear, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and events, and communicate these to guests to maximize their shopping experience. Assist with opening and closing duties, such as counting the cash drawer, locking up the store, and preparing the store for the next business day.**Other Duties as Assigned:** This job description is an overview of the scope of responsibilities for this job and is not intended to be an inclusive list of job tasks and expectations.
