The Manager, Business Sales role at T‑Mobile leads the hiring, training, and development of a high‑performing sales team responsible for outside direct sales in a specific geographic area. Job Responsibilities
Increase market share and achieve and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn.
Meet or exceed overall sales quota for assigned region.
Implement key operational initiatives in the field while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards.
Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings.
Interview, hire, train, and develop a staff of successful Account Executives; conduct ongoing mentoring/coaching in the field.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
4–7 years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment (Preferred)
2 Years people‑management responsibilities (Preferred)
2 Years Telecommunications/technical sales (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Coaching: strong coaching skills with the ability to conduct difficult conversations, including change management. (Required)
Presentations: talent to confidently make presentations to large groups as well as one‑on‑one. (Required)
Business Sales: proven track record of high‑yield business sales success. (Required)
Negotiation: well‑honed negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem‑solving. (Required)
Recruiting: familiarity with basic HR/recruiting processes to attract and retain top sales talent. (Required)
Leadership: proven leadership abilities, including inspiring and motivating teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range Target cash pay: $126,600 – $228,300 inclusive of incentives. Base pay: $88,620 – $159,810.
