Creative Marketing & Event Coordination Intern

About the Role We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented intern who is excited about marketing, storytelling, and bringing events to life. As a Creative Marketing & Event Coordination Intern, you’ll support marketing campaigns and assist in planning, promoting, and executing events that connect our brand with our audience. This role offers hands‑on experience, creative freedom, and exposure to real‑world marketing and event strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events (internal and community events/programs))
Support event logistics including timelines, vendor coordination, materials, and on‑site setup, photos)
Assist the Social Media Coordinator with creating engaging marketing content for social media and event promotions
Collaborate on creative concepts for campaigns, events, and brand activations
Assist with content creation such as graphics, captions, blog posts, and event recaps
Track marketing performance and event engagement metrics
Conduct research on trends, competitors, and target audiences
Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed
Public Relations/Press Release content writing
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and branding
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
