Events & Catering

Bartender

plays a key role in delivering exceptional beverage service for meetings, weddings, and special events, creating a polished and engaging experience for every guest.

This role combines technical skill with genuine hospitality, ensuring drinks are crafted with precision while maintaining a warm, professional presence.

Requested Tasks

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for banquet and catered events

Set up and break down bar stations according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)

Ensure bar areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked before, during, and after events

Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, wine, beer, and specialty cocktails

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests

Monitor guest consumption and adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines

Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and regulations

Assist with inventory tracking and restocking of bar supplies

Collaborate with Banquet and Catering teams to ensure smooth event flow

Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Prior bartending experience in banquets, events, or hospitality settings preferred

Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail recipes, and bar operations

Valid alcohol service certification required (TABC or equivalent)

Strong communication and guest service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand and move for extended periods during events

Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds (e.g., kegs, cases, bar supplies)
