Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist
to cover therapy services in Artis Senior Living ALF Boca Raton, FL 33487 to provide treatment in an assisted living community: $110/eval

Responsibilities
Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community or Home setting
Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
Job Type
PRN therapist is part of an on‑call pool working on a per diem basis. PRN is short for the Latin term "pro re nata," meaning "as needed."
When scheduled, PRN therapists follow the POC to treat patient load. It offers unparalleled flexibility and unique opportunities for growth.
Flexible Schedule: PRN therapists have the freedom to choose when they work and accept or decline cases based on availability.
Variety of Settings: PRN therapists at Sobe Rehab work in ALF and residential home settings, gaining experience across different patient populations.
Higher Rates: While PRN positions lack benefits such as paid time off and health insurance, they often offer a higher rate of pay.
No Long‑Term Contracts: PRN work can vary from a few patient assignments to several, depending on demand.
Weekend and Holiday Shifts: PRN therapists may cover weekend or holiday shifts, often with premium pay rates.
Skill Maintenance: PRN work engages therapists and sharpens clinical skills by exposing them to varied patient cases.
