
Student Assistant - UAF Alumni Relations

What You’ll Do
Answer phones and greet visitors
Work with spreadsheets and databases
Perform general office procedures
Help create photo/video content for alumni engagement and social media

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and exercise sound judgment
Experience with Google and MS Office suites
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
A self-starter knowledgeable about UAF who can work independently and as part of a team
Minimum Qualifications Applicants must be enrolled as a UA student taking a minimum of 6 credits per semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or a newly enrolled student.
Position Details This recruitment is open to undergraduate students only.
This student staff position is 20 hours/week during the academic year with opportunities for up to 40 hours/week during the summer and pays $16/hour.
