Overview
Our client a well known Investment bank is seeking a Entry Level Analyst in their St. Petersburg Florida location! Key Responsibilities
Process and manage daily operational reports with strict deadlines. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and accuracy. Provide phone support for clients and financial advisors (approximately half the workday). Deliver a service-first experience in all client interactions. Collaborate effectively with team members in both virtual and in-person meetings. Participate actively in team discussions, training, and feedback sessions. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) at an advanced level. Qualifications
Proven experience in a client service or operations support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure. Professional, pleasant demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction. Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals and financial professionals. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly. Willingness to fully engage in team meetings, both virtual and in-person. Education
High school diploma or equivalent required and a minimum of 3 years of client services experience
