Overview As a Sr. Practice Director of Conga’s North America Professional Services organization, you’ll be responsible for the execution and delivery of services while driving operational excellence, timely customer value realization, customer satisfaction, and project profitability through scalable service offerings, including implementation and consulting. You must be a strong team leader who can build a high‑performance culture that delivers world‑class results and enables successful customer outcomes across the revenue lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Conga’s highly skilled Engagement Manager team in the delivery of high‑value solutions.

Build the team, embed best‑practice processes, and manage key customer relationships.

Oversee execution plans and plan efficient resource allocation across the team to deliver value for all clients.

Facilitate coaching, advisory, and strategic vision to inspire teams and exceed expectations.

Resolve customer, resource, scope and budget challenges and influence customers to make optimal decisions.

Travel as needed to meet with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Expertise in delivery of SaaS services for a wide range of customer sizes and industries with a track record of over‑achieving customer satisfaction and profitability targets.

Strong consultative approach to delivery of high‑value SaaS solutions aligned to customer programs.

Experience leading and motivating a services delivery team of engagement/project managers within a matrixed resource structure.

Hands‑on leadership with experience mentoring and growing employees.

Proven ability to resolve resource, scope, budget challenges and influence customer decisions.

Good relationship‑building skills and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.

Edge

Industry expertise in Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ, CLM, Price Optimization and Management) and/or Salesforce platform.

Education Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree is beneficial; a master’s degree is even better.

Benefits & Compensation U.S. base salary range: $199,110 – $338,490 USD. The total compensation package includes a variable incentive, flexible work options, health, dental, and other benefits.
