Job Title: Sr. Practice Director, Professional Services
Locations: Remote – North America
Reports to: VP, Professional Services
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Conga’s highly skilled Engagement Manager team for delivery of high‑value solutions.
Build the team, embed best‑practice processes, manage key customer relationships, oversee execution plans, and plan efficient resource allocation.
Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience while driving rapid implementation of Conga innovative software solutions.
Drive operational excellence, timely customer value realization, customer satisfaction, and project profitability through scalable service offerings.
Serve as a facilitator, coach, advisor, and strategic visionary.
Qualifications:
Expertise in delivering SaaS services across diverse customer sizes and industries with a track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and profitability targets.
Experience using a consultative approach to high‑value SaaS solutions aligned to customers’ programs.
Proven leadership of services delivery teams with engagement/project managers and ability to thrive in a matrixed resource structure.
Strong customer‑relationship skills and capability to influence decisions for optimal time‑to‑value outcomes.
Hands‑on leadership, mentoring, and employee development.
Willingness to travel to meet clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry expertise in Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ, CLM, Price Optimization and Management) and/or Salesforce platform.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
