Industrial Energy Sales Representative

We’re looking for a high performing outside sales rep to grow our commercial and industrial power solutions business in Arkansas. This role is built for someone who wants to own their territory, build a strong pipeline, and turn relationships into revenue—with the support of a trusted brand and experienced internal team.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and develop new business across your assigned territory (Arkansas).

Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and decision-makers

Identify end user needs and deliver customized power solutions

Deliver compelling presentations and technical consultations

Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals

Partner with engineering, service, and project teams to execute seamlessly

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Track pipeline activity and performance in CRM

This is a field-driven role with a mix of customer visits, in-office work, remote work and travel. You’ll regularly meet clients on-site and attend industry events. Travel is estimated at 30%.
