This role is responsible for the daily upkeep of landscaped and paved areas, ensuring a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Install, repair, and adjust irrigation systems
Weed, mow, edge, and fertilize landscaped areas
Prune and trim flowers, shrubs, and trees according to proper horticultural guidelines
Identify, prevent, and treat plant diseases as directed
