What will you do in this job?
Conduct daily walk‑throughs of the grounds, removing waste and maintaining cleanliness
Water, fertilize, mow, and trim plants and lawns to keep the landscape aesthetically appealing
Perform equipment cleaning and routine maintenance
Assist with maintenance projects as needed
Safety is paramount: anticipate guest needs, honor the environment, and deliver dynamic guest service at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Previous maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
The starting wage for this role is
$20.00 per hour .
