Lead high-value asphalt & paving bids, shape project strategy, and drive winning estimates on complex infrastructure projects. What's in it for you? Develop project budgets and present bid information to leadership and field teams. Lead estimating efforts on large projects ($1M$25M+) and collaborate on larger team bids. Review project designs and recommend cost-effective solutions. Coordinate DOT, federal highway, and municipal project estimating activities. Senior Estimator Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent technical training/experience. 510 years construction estimating and construction management experience. Experience with DOT, federal highway, and municipal projects. Proficiency with estimating, takeoff, CADD, and spreadsheet software.
