Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Marketing Account Executive
to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts, with a focus on construction contractors, property, and real estate. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in new and renewal marketing, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
Salary : Up to $130,000 annually, based on experience.
401(k) : 4% company match.
Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package provided.
Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of business with $25,000 in revenue and $250,000 in premium.
Handle all aspects of new and renewal marketing for mid-to-large accounts.
Collaborate with producers and assistants to ensure seamless account management.
Provide exceptional service to clients in the construction, property, and real estate sectors.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with the team to meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses / Designations : Property & Casualty (P& C) license required.
Experience :
Must have experience working with construction and real estate accounts.
Familiarity with mid-to-large accounts is essential.
Software Proficiency : Experience with EPIC software preferred.
Work Style :
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Years of Experience : Open to candidates with varying levels of experience who meet the required qualifications.
