Account Associate Account Associate is a key member of the Account Management team, providing support to the Account Director and Account Managers. The primary responsibility is to provide customer account‑focused support to assist in the achievement of annual sales, ensuring alignment with the customer account team and systems administration for smooth team operations.

Position Overview The role is divided into two major activities: customer account team support & systems administration (60%) and auditing/analysis of the digital shelf, catalog and e‑commerce analytics (40%).

Responsibilities Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration (60%)

Develop and refine catalog management processes, templates, and SOPs to improve efficiency and data quality.

Create, upload, and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, and variations.

Optimize product content for Amazon SEO, including keywords, images, A+ content, and enhanced brand assets.

Collaborate with internal teams and agencies (sales, marketing, supply chain, creative) to support product launches, promotions, and inventory accuracy.

Auditing/Analysis (Digital Shelf, Catalog, eComm Analytics) (40%)

Monitor listing health and resolve catalog issues such as suppressions, stranded inventory, and incorrect detail page contributions.

Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, category requirements, and regulatory standards.

Conduct ongoing performance analysis, tracking metrics such as traffic, conversion, Buy Box share, and organic ranking.

Maintain brand consistency and support brand protection efforts, including monitoring unauthorized edits or sellers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1‑2 years of relevant work experience.

Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with SharePoint and other collaboration tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hybrid workplace: work location is Seattle, WA and you are required to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Pay Range Approximate pay range:

$67K - $80K

base plus annual bonus. Final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
