Ira Toyota of Orleans is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are growing and looking for a Quality Sales Professional to work with a Quality Dealership representing the Quality Toyota Product! The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $5,833 – $10,000/month. Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and build rapport to understand vehicle needs and preferences Present, demonstrate, and test drive new and pre-owned vehicles Guide customers through the full sales process from initial contact to delivery Clearly explain pricing, features, and financing options Follow up with leads (phone, text, email) to generate and maintain pipeline Maintain strong product knowledge across inventory and current incentives Work closely with finance and management to finalize deals Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI through consistent communication Stay organized with CRM tools and accurately document customer interactions Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Qualifications

Customer-Facing Sales Experience Required Automotive Sales Experience Preferred Professional Appearance Positive & Friendly Attitude Interpersonal Communication Skills Basic Computer Skills High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a Valid Driver’s License Benefits
