Lead the development of technical strategies for web, mobile, and integrated digital platforms, ensuring scalability and security.
Collaborate with executive teams to contribute to client proposals, pricing, and resource planning.
Define and communicate architecture and platform recommendations, including CMS, frameworks, and DevOps practices.
Oversee development teams, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and maintainability while staying current on emerging technologies like AI.
Translate creative and strategic ideas into practical, scalable technical solutions, supporting delivery and project scope assessments.
Senior Technology Director Qualifications
Over 15 years of experience in full-stack web development and technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in an agency setting.
Minimum of 3 years in senior management, guiding cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of component-based architectures, cloud hosting, APIs, and DevOps practices.
Experience in writing technical SOWs, RFP responses, and project briefs within a creative or digital agency context.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks, integrations, performance optimization, and content systems.
