Client Benefits Specialist, Employee Health and Benefits
As a Client Benefits Specialist, you'll be a valuable member of our team, working closely with our client's workforce. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with individuals both within and outside of our organization. In this role, you'll have the responsibility of solving problems and providing consultation as it pertains to benefit plans. Collaboration with external vendors will also be an important aspect of your job. You'll work closely with vendors to ensure the smooth implementation and management of benefit programs. Given the nature of the role, you'll often have access to confidential information, and it is of utmost importance that you handle this information with the highest level of care and discretion, making decisions based on its sensitivity.

2 years' customer service experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, and ability to quickly learn agency management and other software
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Additional qualifications (not required for application).
3-4 years benefits administration experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of carrier enrollment systems a plus
