The sales team is expanding and seeking experienced Independent Sales Consultants to identify qualify and refer small to mid-sized business clients needing sophisticated HR and payroll solutions. Responsibilities
Conduct client discovery and qualification for small to mid-sized businesses with 1 to 200 employees across construction nonprofits professional services and healthcare industries
Identify and refer qualified prospects needing HR payroll onboarding timekeeping and compliance solutions with accuracy and efficiency
Build and maintain relationships with business owners decision-makers and professional networks to generate qualified referrals and drive revenue growth
Collaborate with company leadership on handoff process while maintaining flexible self-directed prospecting approach and sales activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
3+ years of B2B sales experience in professional services HR tech or adjacent fields with proven track record generating qualified leads or closing service-based deals
Strong organizational communication and relationship-building skills with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in commission-based results-driven environment
Existing professional network in target industries with comfort in variable income structure and self-directed sales activities
