The team is expanding and seeking experienced 1099 Sales Partners to join a growing network connecting businesses with HR and payroll solutions they genuinely need. Responsibilities
Identify and qualify small to mid-sized businesses (1-200 employees) in target industries including construction, nonprofits, professional services, and healthcare
Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospective clients and hand off qualified opportunities to our founding team with accuracy and efficiency
Build and maintain a referral pipeline by leveraging existing professional networks and developing new relationships within target markets
Represent S&Ss value proposition clearly and consultatively, positioning HR and payroll solutions as a fit for each prospects specific business needs
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience in professional services, HR tech, SaaS, insurance, financial services, or an adjacent field
Existing professional network that includes business owners or decision-makers at companies in the 1-200 employee range, particularly in construction, nonprofits, healthcare, or professional services
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfort with 100% commission-based, results-driven income as an independent 1099 contractor
