Cluster Revenue Specialist ITA & Global Your mission is to support our clients in enhancing tourism and hospitality performance by leveraging our SaaS RMS platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping hotels and businesses make informed decisions, adopt best practices, and achieve sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Consulting & Support: Engage daily with clients, understand their business context and objectives, and provide tailored consulting to improve commercial and operational performance.

Strategic Advisory: Analyze market dynamics, destination trends, and competitive landscapes to support clients in defining effective commercial and tourism strategies.

Platform Adoption: Support clients by providing strategic guidance, training, and best practices, and collaborate closely with the onboarding team to ensure effective and value‑driven platform adoption.

Monitoring & Reporting: Manage KPIs and analytical reports, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative, data‑driven solutions to enhance overall business and tourism performance.

What We’re Looking For

Italian native, English professional fluency; German knowledge is a plus.

Strong communication skills—ability to clearly communicate insights, explain platform value, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Solid background in hospitality or tourism sector, with a strong understanding of hotel operations, market dynamics, and destination strategies.

Consultative mindset—ability to act as a strategic consultant, build trusted relationships, and support SaaS adoption.

Strong analytical skills—interpret data, identify trends, and contribute to effective growth and positioning strategies.

Tourism consultancy experience—previous consulting roles within tourism or hospitality providing tailored insights to clients.

Technological proficiency—familiarity with hospitality tech ecosystems (RMS, PMS, Channel Manager, CRM tools).
