A Day in the Life at Option Care Health
Job Description Summary: The Specialty Sales Representative will travel within their territory promoting provider relationships and driving referrals to support infusion clinics within their market. The Specialty Sales Associate has the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, is provided company‑provided leads, and will drive the success of their market.
Job Responsibilities
Identify, establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physician groups and office staff members to maximize business opportunities.
Demonstrate effective selling skills during physician and/or office staff presentations with existing and potential customers.
Consult with clinicians as well as medical office staff (i.e., biologics coordinator) to appropriately promote Option Care Health and provide industry‑leading customer service.
Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, defined as face‑to‑face interactions with healthcare providers, focusing on multiple physician specialties.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2–5 years of sales experience generating revenue through business‑to‑business referrals.
2–5 years of healthcare sales experience.
Experience in sales or business development in a healthcare setting is highly desirable – some outside sales experience at a minimum is required.
Proven record of accomplishments in the infusion center market.
Utilization and documentation of call activity within a CRM.
Basic Qualifications
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates the ability to translate company strategies into crisp, persuasive, strategic messaging.
Highly motivated with a proven history of managing a sales territory while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, business partners, and vendors.
Exceptional customer service skills, learning agility, and problem‑solving skills.
Travel Requirements
90% Travel; expected to be in the field every day.
Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
Experience in IV infusion therapy business is a plus.
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below. Salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $67,022.67–$111,696.95.
