Lead data‑driven category reviews using IRI/Nielsen and POS insights

Own revenue, margin, and distribution targets across key accounts

Build and execute joint business plans with retail partners

Drive new product launches and commercialization strategies

Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade investments

Identify growth opportunities and optimize retail execution

About You

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Strong analytical mindset with category management expertise

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills

Proven ability to influence and negotiate with retail partners

Experience aligning cross‑functional teams (supply chain, marketing, finance)
