Customer Care Representative (Healthcare) – $17/hr
Louisville, KY (Hybrid) – Onsite training, remote work once training is complete

Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Schedule: Full Time | Possible conversion to permanent employee
We are seeking Healthcare Customer Care Representatives to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service while helping callers with prescription refills, shipment scheduling, and general inquiries.
Schedule & Work Environment
Training: On-site for the first 6–8 weeks
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Louisville, KY
After training: Hybrid schedule
11:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Employees must meet performance requirements to remain hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and providers
Deliver excellent customer service and create a seamless experience for callers
Provide accurate information and resolve patient inquiries
Process prescription refills and schedule shipments
Identify the caller's needs and provide appropriate follow‑up or next steps
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain professionalism and strong communication with patients and providers
Qualifications
Previous call center experience preferred
Healthcare experience strongly desired
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem‑solving ability
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Pharmacy Board Technician Registration is required before or on the first day of employment
Ability to work a flexible schedule
