Required Experience & Skills Proven experience working in 34 startup environments Identify gaps and proactively recommend solutions aligned with business goals Build and scale HR frameworks suited for startup environments Strong ability to operate independently and influence leadership decisions Hands-on experience in building HR functions from scratch or scaling them Deep understanding of startup culture, agility, and fast-paced environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to execute, not just strategize
