Account Manager – Central Territory Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets in the Central territory covering Chicago, IL; Louisville, KY; and Albuquerque, NM or El Paso, TX. Handles the entire sales process: customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training of clinical staff and distributors, product launch in partnership with marketing, relationship building with physicians and clinicians, strategic selling, proactive opportunity creation, peer‑to‑peer and promotional events, and other tasks as requested by the manager. Account Manager – Pacific Territory Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets in the Pacific territory covering Sacramento, CA; Los Angeles, CA; and Las Vegas, NV or Salt Lake City, UT. Handles the entire sales process: customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training of clinical staff and distributors, product launch in partnership with marketing, relationship building with physicians and clinicians, strategic selling, proactive opportunity creation, peer‑to‑peer and promotional events, and other tasks as requested by the manager. APAC Medical Affairs Coordinator Supports strategic medical initiatives across the Asia‑Pacific region. Collaborates with regional and local medical affairs and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, effective, efficient operations. Key opponent‑leader engagement, medical review activities, medical information services, and upholding scientific integrity and company standards. Department: MedicalAffairs Location: Australia Associate Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – APAC Ensures the safe and effective use of Aerogen devices by engaging with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners across the APAC region. Supports medical strategy, evidence generation, educational and scientific exchange activities. Business Systems Solutions – ERP Supports development of business systems solutions, primarily ERP and related components. Manages the Infor CloudSuite Industrial platform, labeling software, SQL server database, and code writing. Provides ongoing support and enhancement to ERP and labeling solutions. Senior Buyer Leads relationships with suppliers, negotiates pricing, manages supply orders, and monitors inventory levels. Participates in cross‑functional project teams for supplier‑related activities. Balances immediate and long‑term priorities, drives process improvement, negotiates cost savings, and maintains supplier partnerships. Clinical Educator – Berlin Supports revenue growth by delivering high‑quality education to Aerogen customers. Partners with account managers to drive volume and revenue. Focuses on flexible, strategic thinking, creativity, drive, and determination to provide best‑in‑class education programs. Clinical Educator – North England Responsible for supporting revenue growth in the assigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education. Partners with account managers to drive adoption and growth across Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle. Focuses on best‑in‑class education programs and strategic thinking. Customer Service Representative Handles end‑to‑end order process, ensures client satisfaction, problem‑solving, communication skills. Builds strong customer relationships, supports expansion, collaborates with Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure timely orders and meet customer needs. Digital Education Manager Strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Aerogen’s global digital education portfolio, including digital learning platforms, virtual programs, accredited CE activities, and performance analytics. Operates as the operational leader for digital clinical education and aligns with Clinical Education, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and regional teams. Manager for Digital Transformation Supports Aerogen’s digital strategy by driving adoption, implementation, and optimisation of digital technologies across the organisation. Delivers cross‑functional digital projects, ensures systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs, and contributes to the AI roadmap. Talent Acquisition Partner Supports Aerogen’s growth in the Americas and Aerogen Pharma. Builds talent pipelines, reduces agency reliance, drives direct hiring strategies, and works with TA lead, People Business Partners, and Hiring Managers. Technical Lab Assistant and Product Development Technician Location: Ireland – Galway Assists in next‑generation Aerogen core technology product and process development, new product evolution, and current portfolio enhancement within a regulated medical device environment.
