We are looking for an Associate Analyst of Digital Engagement to join our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. The role focuses on planning and executing digital events and campaigns, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, tracking performance, and providing data‑driven insights to optimize online initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in planning and execution processes for events and strategic enterprise priorities across the digital ecosystem.

Create, collect, and share campaign priorities and details with cross‑functional partners.

Track, analyze, and report on objectives and key results to ensure strategic and financial objectives are met.

Recommend adjustments, test and optimize strategies for online campaigns and initiatives.

Launchpad Program Overview The Launchpad Program offers a structured timeline for candidates starting on Monday, June 22nd, 2026, which includes:

Orientation

– 1 week learning Lowe’s policies, benefits, business strategy, integration with company culture, and tech processes.

Bootcamp

– 8 weeks of fast‑paced learning in a targeted discipline, structured curriculum, coaching, skills assessments, and individual/group projects.

Rotations 1 & 2

– 12 months rotating through different tech areas, gaining hands‑on experience, meaningful work, and professional development.

Upon completion, you will be matched to a tech team for full‑time placement within Lowe’s, providing opportunities to advance your career and drive meaningful change.

What You Will Learn

Collaborate with cross‑functional groups—including merchants, brand marketing, pricing & promotions, digital production, and digital commerce partners in the U.S. and India—to support digital campaigns and promotions for Lowes.com.

Support planning or execution of digital events, campaigns, and promotional work of small scope.

Track and document campaign and promotional timelines, action steps, and project status; provide weekly updates to leadership.

Leverage dashboards and analytics platforms, customer feedback systems, session replay software, and business intelligence tools to communicate performance.

Identify opportunities for improvement in campaign and promotional planning and execution processes.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Completion of coursework or program focused on business administration, marketing, finance, or related skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.

1‑2 years of experience in business administration, marketing, finance, or retail.

Pay Range $52,700.00 – $88,100.00 annually. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
