Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a RN Director of Patient Services in Union, New Jersey.
Key Functions
Monitor branch and regional compliance with quarterly Quality Improvement (QI) requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of the new RN orientation program and mention new RN staff. Assist in the development, review and revision of clinical policies and procedures in order to assure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Joint Commission standards. Be available to assist with opening cases, patient visits, supervision and provisional visits and other visits as needed. Monitor branch compliance with plans of correction and on-going review to ensure continued compliance. Review and monitor the completion of plans of correction at the branch level to ensure that they are done in a timely and accurately manner. Ensure that all nurses in their respective region are compliant with all employment requirements. Monitor and review branch infection control reporting procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and policy and procedure. Qualifications
Educational:
Must be an RN with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health related field. Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in nursing with at least two years in home health care. Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of or ability to learn all applicable Federal, State, local and Joint Commission regulations. Quality Improvement experience required. Must be able to drive or travel by public transportation to multiple branch sites. Premier offers a competitive salary and benefits and a generous PTO package.
