Business Analyst / Product Owner
who can work closely with business teams and technology teams to deliver solutions on
Microsoft and Salesforce platforms . This role is ideal for someone who understands business needs, writes clear requirements, and helps teams build the right solutions. What You’ll Do Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders Convert requirements into
user stories and acceptance criteria Manage and prioritize the
product backlog Work with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions Support projects related to
Microsoft (Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform)
and
Salesforce Identify dependencies, integrations, and data impacts Lead
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
and ensure successful delivery Provide updates on progress, risks, and priorities Suggest improvements to processes and systems What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills 7+ years experience as a
Business Analyst or Product Owner Strong experience with
Microsoft platforms : Dynamics 365 Power Platform Some experience with
Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) Experience working in
Agile/Scrum teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have Experience with
system integrations (APIs, data flows) Microsoft or Salesforce certifications Experience in large enterprise environments Who Will Succeed in This Role Someone who can
bridge business and technology Can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong problem solver with attention to detail Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders Why Join Work on
