Our client is seeking a highly motivated
Senior Business Analyst
to support the development and optimization of back-office applications. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and product teams to translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive efficient and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product management, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements Translate business needs into detailed user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives Support the full project lifecycle, including design, development, and testing phases Facilitate stakeholder discussions to identify pain points and improve processes Assist with UAT and serve as a point of contact for requirements clarification during testing Contribute to backlog management and continuous improvement initiatives Create process flows and supporting documentation as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business analysis within the SDLC Strong experience writing user stories and managing backlogs in Agile (Scrum) environments Experience working with data-heavy applications, including the ability to write and analyze SQL queries Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) Experience with UAT testing and stakeholder support Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and levels Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex business concepts
