Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a results-driven logistics sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead growth efforts in areas such as commercial moving, warehousing, transportation, and logistics services.
Recruit, coach, and manage a logistics sales team to meet performance objectives.
Build and grow a personal pipeline of logistics services business across key sectors.
Use company tools, systems, and network connections to maximize revenue potential.
Analyze performance data and adjust tactical plans to ensure revenue targets are met.
Oversee responses to RFPs and ensure proposals align with client needs and company strengths.
Stay ahead of industry trends to refine services and maintain competitive positioning.
Work with external marketing resources to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Develop pricing strategies that support both client acquisition and profitability.
Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership.
Travel as needed to maintain client relationships and support business development activities.
Key Skills & Experience:
10+ years of sales and leadership experience in logistics, relocation, or commercial moving services.
Proven ability to build and lead sales teams that exceed performance goals.
Strong understanding of the logistics and relocation industry landscape.
Excellent communication, analytical, and contract negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and solid Excel capabilities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or sales management.
