Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator to join our team. This role is critical to our success—responsible for reviewing plans, developing accurate takeoffs, and delivering competitive, well-thought-out bids for a variety of large-scale and fast-paced projects. Key Responsibilities
Review drawings, specs, and project documents Perform accurate material takeoffs and labor estimates Solicit and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricing Coordinate with project managers and operations teams Participate in preconstruction and value engineering efforts Manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously What We’re Looking For
3+ years of estimating experience in commercial flooring Strong understanding of flooring systems (tile, LVT, carpet, etc.) Experience with takeoff software Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs Strong attention to detail and organization Effective communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline‑driven environment What We Offer
