
Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the COO and co‑founders at a growing, founder‑led hospitality company in Newport Beach, CA. This is a high‑impact role for someone who brings polish, discretion, and strong business judgment to everything they do.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a sophisticated environment and is comfortable supporting highly capable, self‑sufficient executives by elevating how they operate.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑level, strategic support to three senior leaders, including the COO and co‑founders
Own complex calendar management with a focus on optimization, prioritization, and thoughtful pushback
Prepare executive briefings, meeting materials, and ensure leaders are consistently well‑prepared
Manage business travel logistics efficiently and seamlessly
Oversee meeting logistics, scheduling efficiency, and space utilization across the office
Coordinate high‑level events such as leadership meetings, team gatherings, and small conferences
Ensure a polished, professional environment that reflects the company’s brand and hospitality ethos
Qualifications
5–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or founders
Experience in founder‑led, high‑growth, or fast‑paced corporate environments preferred
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent prioritization and decision‑making capabilities
Background in client services or other high‑touch industries is a plus
Tech‑forward mindset with openness to adopting AI tools and modern systems
Based in Orange County (local candidates only)
